Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Orders are dispatched once a week from Wednesday. All orders received by Saturday 8 pm will be included in dispatches that week. Orders received after the Saturday cut-off time will be dispatched the following week.

Currently there are two shipping options available for deliveries within the UK. We use Royal Mail for all our domestic shipments. 

The first option is £4.99 for First Class Tracked and Signed service which aims to deliver in 1 to 3 days. This is, however, a non-guaranteed service and there may be delays in your order. Due to the perishable nature of henna, in the case of delays henna may spoil in transit. In the case that you chose this service, we cannot be responsible if Royal Mail delays your parcel and will not be able to offer a refund if your order is delayed and spoiled in transit.

The second option is £8.99 for Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a guaranteed express service that aims to deliver next day. Occasionally, due to reasons beyond our control special delivery orders may take up to 3 days to arrive. If you require your order urgently or if you would like to opt for a guaranteed shipping service, we suggest that you choose the Special delivery option at checkout. For events we always recommend that orders are placed well in advance to avoid disappointment due to shipping delays.

We offer international delivery for all of our products. While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery times please note that the Standard Europe and Standard International delivery service is not a guaranteed option, and in some cases, due to customs and clearance there may be delays. We do not offer refunds or replacements in the case that a parcel is delayed with these two delivery options. We recommend that international customers select the Express or Expedited service as these are guaranteed delivery options.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. Due to the perishable nature of henna, refunds cannot be accepted for henna paste. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that the matter can be rectified at once.

 

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items transfer to the customer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Once an order has been dispatched, if a parcel is delayed, lost or stolen whilst in transit or afterwards, we do not offer refunds or replacements.

 

International Orders, Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders dispatched outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to additional customs, duties and taxes determined by the destination country or based on the order value and contents. International customs, duties and taxes are not included in the product prices and/or shipping cost. All such charges are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated or shown at checkout. Please contact your country's customs authorities prior to purchasing if you would like more information. Payment of customs fees may be required before or upon delivery of your order.

Once parcels are handed over to the respective shipping company responsibility is transferred over to the buyer. Due to various circumstances beyond our control at certain times international orders may be delayed due to processing at international hubs and airports, etc. or due to customs checks. Our international shipping times are estimates and sometimes orders can be delayed. In the case that an international order is delayed once handed over to the shipping company, we cannot be responsible. Customers must order well in advance if they require our products for an event or special occasion.
