Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where are you based?

We are based in London, England.

2. Is there a minimum order requirement?

No. You are free to order as many or few cones as you like.

3. What shipping options do you offer?

Two shipping options are currently available. A non-guaranteed service at £3.99 which aims to deliver within 3 to 4 days. The second is a guaranteed special delivery service which aims to deliver next day at £7.99.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements in the case of delayed or lost parcels if non-guaranteed standard shipping is selected at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally! All of our products, including our freshly-made natural henna cones, can be shipped throughout the world. We have a range of delivery options for international customers at checkout, including some express options that deliver next day in some countries.

5. How long will your henna cones last?

Our natural henna cones should be stored in the freezer immediately upon arrival. Henna cones can be stored in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

6. What is the difference between the lavender cones and eucalyptus cones?

Lavender and Eucalyptus are two different essential oils that make up various blends of henna paste. The main difference is that of the oils themselves, they are different oils, with different fragrances, and some prefer one over the other. However, one specific aspect to note is that lavender cones are suitable for pregnant ladies, children under 6 and people with sensitive skin, whereas eucalyptus is not.

7. Does your lavender henna have a darker stain or the eucalyptus?

Both henna blends will give you the same dark, rich stain that you deserve. Neither one stains lesser than the other.

8. I order my henna with guaranteed next day delivery or with the 3-4 day standard shipping option and it has been more than four days. Why hasn't my henna parcel arrived.

Please note that parcels are sent out once a week on Tuesday, which is the weekly dispatch day. As mentioned on the main page of our website, orders are received throughout the week until Sunday 8 pm (which is the weekly cut-off time) and then sent out on the Tuesday that immediately follows.

So, if you order on Sunday or Tuesday, for example, your henna will go out next Tuesday, one week later on the following dispatch date. Guaranteed next day delivery or 3-4 day delivery means your parcel will be sent out with next day delivery or standard delivery on your respective dispatch date, and not on the day that your order is placed.

9. Why do you only ship once a week? It's a bit sad that I have to wait a week for my order to be sent out.

Honestly, we understand how difficult it is to wait for a henna parcel! All things henna are just so cool. However, the reason we have one weekly dispatch date is to ensure that you receive fresh henna paste. Also, we are a small business, so we can only work so fast.

We do not stock premade henna cones, and henna paste is freshly after the cut-off time once orders close for the week. We need the weekly cut-off so that all of your orders can be collated, so that the right amount of paste can be made, so that paste can be hand-filled into cones and so that orders can be packed in time for dispatch. So when you do get your henna, you can be certain that it was handmade for you.

10. I need henna cones urgently, can I please have my order sent out before the next dispatch day? I can pay extra.

We suggest that if henna is required for bookings of events, they are ordered in advance. Natural henna cones can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months in an airtight container. So feel free to stock up if you tend to have emergency bookings.
